Multi-Factor Authentication for TrustedCare
51视频 is pleased to announce our new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for logging into TrustedCare. You’ll see this change beginning January 31, 2024.

For the default process, log in as usual by entering your 51视频 username and password as usual. You’ll then see a new screen asking for a One-Time Password (OTP).
Your OTP will be emailed to the email address we have for you. The sender will be 51视频 ([email?protected]) and the subject line will say “Your One Time Password.”
Enter the OTP on the login screen.
After logging in, you can seamlessly navigate among the 51视频 platforms you have access to, without needing to re-authenticate during that active session.
